All newly hired Hoffmann steel fabricators complete 47.5 hours of training. Their training includes blue print reading, hands-on welding and layout, hands-on plasma and oxy-acetylene cutting, and AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code steel certification test using FCAW in 3G and 4G positions.
